ENOCH's 7 Heavens EXPLAINED: What He Saw That the Church Won't Teach (Book of Enoch)

ENOCH's 7 Heavens EXPLAINED: What He Saw That the Church Won't Teach (Book of Enoch)           https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v05_9Uo4Vu8

2 seconds
What [music] if everything you have ever been taught about heaven is only part of the story? Not a lie, not a distortion,
9 seconds
[music]
10 seconds
just a fraction of what actually exists beyond this world. Because somewhere buried deep in the oldest spiritual
18 seconds
writings known to mankind, there is a man, a real man, a man whose name appears in your Bible, who was
25 seconds
physically escorted by God himself through seven distinct realms that exist above this earth. Seven layers of reality that most pastors have never
33 seconds
preached about. Seven dimensions of the supernatural that the church for centuries has [music] chosen to leave in
40 seconds
the shadows. His name is Enoch and what he saw will change everything.
49 seconds
Now I need you to stay with me through this entire journey because we are not stopping at one heaven or two or three.
58 seconds
We are going all the way through. And I am telling you right now, what waits for you in the seventh heaven is something
1 minute, 6 seconds
so staggering, so deeply hidden in plain sight that by the time we get there, you will never read your Bible the same way
1 minute, 13 seconds
again. There is a revelation waiting at the end of this that most believers will go their entire lives without ever
1 minute, 21 seconds
encountering. Do not leave early. So let's start at the very beginning. And the beginning means understanding who
1 minute, 29 seconds
this man actually was. Most people who grew up in church know the name Enoch.
1 minute, 34 seconds
But knowing the name and knowing the man are two completely different things.
1 minute, 39 seconds
Genesis 5 gives us his story in what feels like almost an afterthought. Just a few verses tucked inside a long
1 minute, 47 seconds
genealogy. But do not let that brevity fool you because what those verses say is unlike anything else in that entire
1 minute, 55 seconds
chapter. Every other man in that genealogy follows the same pattern. He lived, he had children, and he died. He
2 minutes, 3 seconds
lived, he had children, and he died over and over again until you get to Enoch.
2 minutes, 9 seconds
And suddenly the pattern breaks. Genesis 5 24 says this. Enoch walked faithfully
2 minutes, 17 seconds
with God. Then he was no more because God took him away. He was no more. God took him. No death, no burial, no grave.
2 minutes, 26 seconds
The creator of the universe personally reached into human history and removed this man from the earth. And the writer of Hebrews confirms it without any ambiguity in 11:5.
2 minutes, 38 seconds
By faith, Enoch was taken from this life so that he did not experience death. He could not be found because God had taken
2 minutes, 47 seconds
him away. Now think about what that means. In all of recorded human history,
2 minutes, 54 seconds
only two men were taken by God without ever tasting death. Enoch and the prophet Elijah. That alone should tell
3 minutes, 3 seconds
you that we are not dealing with an ordinary figure here. This is a man so uniquely close to God, so deeply aligned
3 minutes, 10 seconds
with the heart of heaven that death itself had no claim on him. But here is what most people never stopped to ask.
3 minutes, 18 seconds
What happened between the moment God decided to take Enoch and the moment he arrived? What did Enoch see on the way there? What was he shown?
3 minutes, 30 seconds
The Book of Enoch answers that question in extraordinary detail. And before anyone raises a concern, this is not
3 minutes, 38 seconds
some fringe mystical document pulled from obscurity, [music] this book was found among the Dead Sea Scrolls. It was read and revered in the early church.
3 minutes, 48 seconds
And most powerfully, the Apostle Jude, the biological brother of Jesus Christ, quoted it directly in the New Testament.
3 minutes, 56 seconds
Jude verse 14 and 15. Jude treated the words of Enoch as prophetic, as
4 minutes, 3 seconds
authoritative, as spiritually significant. So if the brother of Jesus respected this testimony, perhaps we
4 minutes, 11 seconds
should, too. Now, here is what makes this so important for you personally.
4 minutes, 16 seconds
The book of Enoch does not contradict your Bible. It illuminates it. It fills in the details that Genesis left out. It
4 minutes, 24 seconds
answers questions that have haunted believers for generations. questions like, "Where do souls go immediately
4 minutes, 31 seconds
after death? What are angels actually doing right [music] now? What does the presence of God actually look and feel
4 minutes, 38 seconds
like?" Enoch saw the answers to all of these questions firsthand.
4 minutes, 43 seconds
And we are going to walk through every single one of them together. But I want you to hear something before we take
4 minutes, 50 seconds
another step forward. If you found this video today, that was not an accident.
4 minutes, 55 seconds
God is intentional. He does not waste your attention. Whatever you are carrying right now, whatever doubt,
5 minutes, 2 seconds
whatever fear, whatever question has been sitting unanswered in the back of your heart, bring it with you because
5 minutes, 9 seconds
what you are about to hear across these seven heavens has the power to meet you exactly where you are. Stay close. Keep
5 minutes, 18 seconds
your heart open. Because just before Enoch crossed the threshold into the first heaven, God told him something. A revelation about the souls of the dead,
5 minutes, 28 seconds
about where human beings go the moment they leave this earth. And what Enoch was shown completely dismantles the
5 minutes, 36 seconds
comfortable, simplified version of the afterlife that most of us grew up believing. The first heaven is about to
5 minutes, 44 seconds
open and nothing will look the same after this. If this is already stirring something inside you, go ahead and hit that like button right now. Not for us,
5 minutes, 55 seconds
but so this revelation can reach someone else who needs it today. And subscribe so you do not miss a single heaven we are about to walk through together.
6 minutes, 6 seconds
Imagine standing at the edge of everything you have ever known. The earth beneath your feet begins to fade.
6 minutes, 12 seconds
The sky above you peels back like a curtain being pulled from a window. And suddenly you are somewhere else.
6 minutes, 21 seconds
Somewhere that has always existed.
6 minutes, 23 seconds
Directly above this world, invisible to human eyes, operating in perfect order since the very first day of creation.
6 minutes, 32 seconds
This is where Enoch arrived first. And what he found there was not what anyone expected. Now, before we go further, I
6 minutes, 40 seconds
want you to hold on to something. The first heaven is not the heaven most people imagine when they close their
6 minutes, 47 seconds
eyes and think about eternity. It is not the place where God sits on his throne.
6 minutes, 53 seconds
It is not the paradise where the righteous dead are resting. What Enoch entered first was something far more
7 minutes
architectural, far more structural than that. And understanding it will completely reframe the way you read the opening chapters of Genesis.
7 minutes, 12 seconds
So, let's go there together. The book of Enoch describes the first heaven as a vast cosmic realm positioned directly
7 minutes, 20 seconds
above the firmament. The expanse that Genesis 1:7 describes when God separated the waters
7 minutes, 28 seconds
above from the waters below. Most people read that verse and move on without thinking twice about it. But Enoch did
7 minutes, 36 seconds
not just read about it. [music] He stood inside it. And what he saw was a place filled with something that the ancient
7 minutes, 43 seconds
world understood far better than we do today. The great celestial waters. An
7 minutes, 50 seconds
ocean above the sky. A reservoir of cosmic magnitude that governs the physical laws of weather, of rain, of
7 minutes, 58 seconds
seasons, of the very atmosphere that keeps every human being on this planet alive. And here is what makes this so
8 minutes, 5 seconds
powerful. Scripture does not treat this as mythology. Psalm 148:es 4-6 declares
8 minutes, 12 seconds
it directly. Praise him, you highest heavens, and you waters above the skies. Let them praise the name of the Lord,
8 minutes, 20 seconds
for at his command they were created.
8 minutes, 23 seconds
The waters above the skies are not poetic metaphor. They are a real physical spiritual reality that the
8 minutes, 30 seconds
biblical writers affirmed without hesitation. But the waters were not what stopped Enoch in his tracks. It was the
8 minutes, 37 seconds
angels. The first heaven, according to Enoch's account, is populated by a specific order of angels, beings
8 minutes, 46 seconds
assigned exclusively to the governance of the natural world. These are not the warrior angels of spiritual battle.
8 minutes, 54 seconds
These are not the seraraphim who cry holy before the throne of God. These are the angels of wind, the angels of snow,
9 minutes, 2 seconds
the angels of hail, the angels of mist and thunder and lightning. Each one stationed at their post with absolute
9 minutes, 10 seconds
[music] precision, carrying out their assignment with the kind of flawless obedience that the human race has never been able to sustain for a single day.
9 minutes, 20 seconds
Now, stop and think about what that means for a moment. every storm you have ever seen, every sunrise that took your
9 minutes, 27 seconds
breath away, every season that turned right on time year after year after year. According to both Enoch's
9 minutes, 35 seconds
testimony and the broader witness of scripture, none of that is accidental.
9 minutes, 40 seconds
None of it is random atmospheric physics operating in a godless vacuum. There are beings created, assigned, and
9 minutes, 47 seconds
accountable behind the movements of the natural world. Job 38 confirms this when
9 minutes, 54 seconds
God asks Job directly, "Have you entered the storehouses of the snow? Or have you seen the storehouses of the hail?"
10 minutes, 3 seconds
God was not speaking poetically. He was describing real places with real custodians, and Enoch walked through
10 minutes, 12 seconds
them. What strikes me most deeply about the first heaven is what it reveals about the character of God. Even at the outermost layer of his heavenly kingdom,
10 minutes, 22 seconds
the very first threshold, there is no chaos. There is no disorder. There is no improvisation. Everything is governed.
10 minutes, 31 seconds
Everything is intentional. Everything is held in place by beings who exist for no other purpose than to serve their creator with precision and devotion.
10 minutes, 43 seconds
Think about what that means for your life right now. If God is that deliberate about the weather, if he has
10 minutes, 50 seconds
assigned spiritual beings to govern the rain and the wind and the turning of seasons, do you honestly believe he is
10 minutes, 57 seconds
careless about you? Do you think the God who manages the cosmic architecture of the atmosphere above your head is
11 minutes, 4 seconds
somehow distracted or indifferent when it comes to the details of your story?
11 minutes, 10 seconds
The first heaven declares something that the enemy has been trying to make you forget. God is not absent. God is not
11 minutes, 17 seconds
overwhelmed. God is not scrambling. He is governing. He is ruling. He is ordering all things seen and unseen with
11 minutes, 26 seconds
the same meticulous unshakable sovereignty that has been on full display since the very first moment of creation. And if that is what the first heaven looks like, the outermost layer,
11 minutes, 37 seconds
the entryway, the threshold, then what you are about to encounter in the second heaven should make your blood run cold.
11 minutes, 44 seconds
Because the second heaven is not a place of order and light and angels faithfully tending the cosmic machinery of creation. The second heaven is a prison,
11 minutes, 55 seconds
a place of darkness so thick and grief so heavy that when Enoch saw what was kept there, who was kept there, he fell
12 minutes, 3 seconds
to his face and wept. And what he found imprisoned in that darkness has everything to do with the spiritual warfare happening over your life right
12 minutes, 12 seconds
now. There are places in the spiritual realm that were never meant for human eyes. Places so heavy with grief, so
12 minutes, 20 seconds
saturated with darkness, so thick with the weight of divine judgment that even an angel would lower his head walking
12 minutes, 28 seconds
through them. Enoch was not an angel. He was a man, a man of flesh and blood and
12 minutes, 35 seconds
bone, just like you. And when he entered the second heaven, what he encountered there shook him to his core [music] in a
12 minutes, 42 seconds
way that the first heaven with all its cosmic wonder simply could not. Now, I need you to pay close attention here
12 minutes, 51 seconds
because what Enoch saw in the second heaven is not just ancient history. It is not just a fascinating theological footnote buried in a forgotten book.
13 minutes, 1 second
What exists in that second realm has a direct connection to the spiritual warfare that is operating over your
13 minutes, 8 seconds
life, your family, and your world right now. This is not abstract. This is not symbolic. This is real. So, let's go
13 minutes, 17 seconds
there. The moment Enoch crossed into the second heaven, the atmosphere changed completely. There was no light like the
13 minutes, 25 seconds
first heaven. No angels moving in ordered precision faithfully tending the cosmic machinery of creation. What Enoch
13 minutes, 33 seconds
described was darkness. A darkness that was not simply the absence [music] of light. It was the presence of something
13 minutes, 40 seconds
else entirely. Something that had once been glorious and had chosen in an act of catastrophic rebellion to throw that
13 minutes, 49 seconds
glory away. And in that darkness, Enoch saw them fallen angels, bound,
13 minutes, 55 seconds
imprisoned, waiting. The book of Enoch describes these beings as sorrowful beyond expression, their faces full of
14 minutes, 4 seconds
grief, their eyes hollow with the weight of what they had done and what they knew was still coming for them. And this is
14 minutes, 11 seconds
where the testimony of Enoch locks perfectly into the [music] witness of the New Testament. 2 Peter 2:4 declares
14 minutes, 19 seconds
it plainly, "God did not spare angels when they sinned, but sent them to hell,
14 minutes, 25 seconds
putting them in chains of darkness to be held for judgment." And Jude verse 6 confirms it. The angels who did not keep
14 minutes, 33 seconds
their positions of authority, but abandoned their proper dwelling. These he has kept in darkness, bound with
14 minutes, 40 seconds
everlasting chains for judgment on the great day. Peter and Jude are not writing theology in a vacuum. They are
14 minutes, 48 seconds
describing a real place, a place Enoch had already walked through, a holding cell at the center of the second heaven,
14 minutes, 56 seconds
where beings of immense power and ancient origin are locked in darkness,
15 minutes, 1 second
fully conscious, fully aware of their fate, waiting for the final judgment that has not yet arrived. Now, here is what I want you to sit with for a moment. These were not weak beings.
15 minutes, 12 seconds
These were not minor spiritual creatures. The angels who fell were among the most powerful, most glorious created beings in the entire universe.
15 minutes, 22 seconds
They had access [music] to the presence of God. They understood the nature of heaven in ways that no human mind can fully comprehend. And yet they fell.
15 minutes, 34 seconds
They chose. They rebelled. And the consequence was immediate, irreversible, and devastating.
15 minutes, 41 seconds
There is a warning in that for every single one of us. Scripture tells us in Ezekiel chapter 28 that Lucifer himself
15 minutes, 49 seconds
before his fall was the model of perfection, full of wisdom [music]
15 minutes, 54 seconds
and perfect in beauty. He walked among the fiery stones. He was anointed and appointed. And he still chose pride over
16 minutes, 3 seconds
obedience. He still chose his own will over the will of God. And the second heaven stands as an eternal monument to
16 minutes, 11 seconds
where that choice leads. But here is what hit Enoch hardest. And this detail is one that most teachers completely
16 minutes, 18 seconds
overlook. When Enoch saw these fallen angels in their imprisonment, when he looked into their faces and felt the crushing weight of their despair, he
16 minutes, 28 seconds
wept for them. This righteous man, this friend of God, this human being who had walked faithfully with his creator for
16 minutes, 36 seconds
300 years was moved to tears by the suffering of beings who had brought their own judgment upon themselves. And
16 minutes, 44 seconds
the angels said something to Enoch in that moment that is almost unbearable to read. They asked him to pray for them to
16 minutes, 52 seconds
intercede on their behalf before God because they knew they knew with absolute certainty that their own
17 minutes
prayers could no longer reach the throne. Their rebellion had severed that connection permanently and irreparably.
17 minutes, 7 seconds
Think about what that means. These beings had something that you still have right now. Access. The ability to cry
17 minutes, 14 seconds
out to God and be heard. the open door of grace that stands before every human being who draws breath on this earth.
17 minutes, 23 seconds
And they threw it away. They walked away from it voluntarily.
17 minutes, 27 seconds
And now in the cold darkness of the second heaven with judgment approaching like a freight train they cannot stop.
17 minutes, 35 seconds
They were asking a mortal man to pray on their behalf because their own voice could no longer reach heaven. Do not
17 minutes, 44 seconds
waste what they lost. Do not treat access to God like a convenience you can pick up and put down whenever it suits
17 minutes, 51 seconds
you. The second heaven is a monument to the cost of walking away from the presence of God. And if beings of that
17 minutes, 59 seconds
magnitude could fall that far, how desperately do you and I need to hold on to the word, hold on to the faith, hold
18 minutes, 7 seconds
on to the grace that has been freely given to us through Jesus Christ.
18 minutes, 11 seconds
Because what waits in the third heaven will answer a question that has haunted humanity since the very first funeral
18 minutes, 18 seconds
ever held on this earth. Where do the dead actually go? And the answer, the real answer is something that will stop
18 minutes, 27 seconds
you completely in your tracks. What if paradise and punishment exist in the same place, not separated by galaxies,
18 minutes, 35 seconds
not divided by some vast cosmic distance that keeps them safely apart from one another. But side by side, two realities
18 minutes, 44 seconds
occupying the same realm, separated only by what a person chose to do with the grace of God while they were still alive on this earth.
18 minutes, 54 seconds
That is exactly what Enoch found in the third heaven. And I need you to understand something before we go any
19 minutes, 2 seconds
further. This is not the most comfortable part of this journey, but it may be the most important because what
19 minutes, 9 seconds
Enoch witnessed here answers the question that every human being who has ever stood at a graveside has
19 minutes, 16 seconds
desperately wanted to ask. Where are they right now? Where did they go the moment they left this world? And the
19 minutes, 24 seconds
answer, the real unfiltered biblical answer is something that should move you deeply. So let's go in together. When
19 minutes, 33 seconds
Enoch entered the third heaven, the first thing he encountered was something so breathtaking, [music]
19 minutes, 39 seconds
so saturated with beauty and life and divine presence that the human language he had available to him could barely contain the description.
19 minutes, 48 seconds
He saw a garden, but not just any garden. A garden of such overwhelming magnificence that it made the most
19 minutes, 56 seconds
beautiful thing you have ever seen on this earth looked like a rough pencil [music] sketch compared to a masterpiece. Trees of extraordinary splendor. Flowers that radiated light,
20 minutes, 8 seconds
rivers of honey and oil and wine flowing with the kind of abundance that human economics could never manufacture or
20 minutes, 15 seconds
sustain. [music] And above it all, a fragrance, a presence, the unmistakable nearness of God resting over that place
20 minutes, 25 seconds
like a warm, permanent, unshakable glory. This is paradise.
20 minutes, 30 seconds
And scripture confirms that this is exactly where it is. When Jesus hung on the cross between two criminals, one of
20 minutes, 38 seconds
those men turned to him in his final moments and said something that required tremendous faith. remember me when you
20 minutes, 45 seconds
come into your kingdom. And Jesus answered him with words that should anchor every believer who has ever
20 minutes, 52 seconds
feared death. He said, "Truly I tell you, today you will be with me in paradise.
20 minutes, 59 seconds
Not eventually. Not after some extended waiting period of uncertainty.
21 minutes, 4 seconds
Today, the same day, the same moment that man's body stopped breathing on that cross, his soul was in paradise. in
21 minutes, 14 seconds
the third heaven in the very garden that Enoch now stood inside of overwhelmed by its beauty. And the Apostle Paul writing
21 minutes, 22 seconds
in 2 Corinthians 12 describes being caught up to the third heaven to paradise itself where he heard things so
21 minutes, 31 seconds
sacred, so beyond human language that he was not permitted to repeat them. Paul knew exactly what the third heaven was.
21 minutes, 39 seconds
He had been there. But now, here is where the third heaven becomes something more than a beautiful revelation. Here
21 minutes, 47 seconds
is where it becomes a warning. Because Enoch did not only see paradise in the third heaven. On the other side of that realm, in a place of absolute contrast,
21 minutes, 57 seconds
of darkness and cold and grief, he saw something else entirely. A place of torment. A place prepared for those who
22 minutes, 4 seconds
rejected God, who oppressed the innocent, who lived for themselves and closed their hearts to the grace that
22 minutes, 11 seconds
was freely available to them. And the weight of that place, the sheer hopelessness that radiated from it, was
22 minutes, 19 seconds
something Enoch could feel pressing against him even from a distance.
22 minutes, 25 seconds
Jesus described this same reality in Luke chapter 16. A rich man and a poor
22 minutes, 31 seconds
man named Lazarus both die. And immediately immediately they are in two different conditions in the same realm.
22 minutes, 39 seconds
Lazarus is in paradise at Abraham's side in comfort and peace. The rich man is in torment. And the text tells us there is
22 minutes, 48 seconds
a great chasm fixed between them so that those who want to cross from one side to the other cannot. It is fixed. It is
22 minutes, 56 seconds
permanent. It cannot be negotiated after death. Now let that land for a moment.
23 minutes, 1 second
The chasm is not fixed at the final judgment. It is fixed the moment a person dies. What a person chooses in
23 minutes, 9 seconds
this life determines which side of the third heaven they wake up on the moment they leave it. This is not meant to
23 minutes, 16 seconds
produce fear for the sake of fear. This is meant to produce urgency for the sake of love. Because the grace of God is still available. The door is still open.
23 minutes, 27 seconds
The invitation is still standing. Every single person hearing this voice right now still has the extraordinary
23 minutes, 35 seconds
privilege of choosing which side of eternity they are walking toward. The third heaven is not just a revelation
23 minutes, 43 seconds
about the afterlife. It is a mirror held up to the choices of the living. It is God saying, "I have shown you both
23 minutes, 51 seconds
realities. I have hidden nothing from you. Now choose. And Enoch, standing between paradise and torment in the
23 minutes, 59 seconds
third heaven, was about to be taken higher, past the garden, past the darkness, into a realm of glory so
24 minutes, 7 seconds
overwhelming, so filled with celestial worship and cosmic light, that what he had seen so far would suddenly feel like
24 minutes, 14 seconds
the introduction to a story whose greatest chapters were still ahead. The fourth heaven is waiting and what Enoch
24 minutes, 22 seconds
witnessed there will make every worship service you have ever attended feel like it was only just beginning. There are
24 minutes, 29 seconds
moments in the spiritual journey where words begin to fail. Where the human mind reaches the absolute outer edge of
24 minutes, 36 seconds
its capacity to process what it is encountering. Where the only honest response is silence or worship.
24 minutes, 46 seconds
Enoch had already seen the cosmic architecture of the first heaven. He had wept [music] in the darkness of the second. He had stood between paradise
24 minutes, 55 seconds
and torment in the third. And now, as he crossed into the fourth heaven,
25 minutes
something shifted in the atmosphere around him so dramatically, [music] so completely that everything he had witnessed before suddenly felt like a
25 minutes, 9 seconds
prologue to a story whose main event was only just beginning. So, let me take you
25 minutes, 16 seconds
there because what Enoch saw in the fourth heaven is something that will permanently reframe the way you think
25 minutes, 23 seconds
about worship, about the sun, about the moon, and about what is actually happening in the invisible realm every
25 minutes, 32 seconds
single moment of every single day. The fourth heaven, according to Enoch's account, is the realm of celestial
25 minutes, 40 seconds
glory. This is where the sun makes its journey, where the moon completes its course, where the stars move in their
25 minutes, 48 seconds
ordained paths with a mathematical precision that no human astronomer fully invented. They simply discovered what
25 minutes, 56 seconds
God had already put in place before the foundation of the world. But here is what stops you cold when you read Enoch's description. The sun and the
26 minutes, 5 seconds
moon are not just astronomical bodies moving through empty space on autopilot. They are escorted. They are attended.
26 minutes, 13 seconds
There are angels, specific assigned devoted celestial beings who accompany the sun on its daily journey across the heavens. singing as [music] they go,
26 minutes, 25 seconds
worshiping as they go, filling the fourth heaven with a sound of praise so continuous, so unbroken, [music] so
26 minutes, 32 seconds
gloriously sustained that it has not stopped for a single second since the moment God first spoke light into
26 minutes, 39 seconds
existence. And that should do something to you. Think about what that means right now. As you are hearing this, the fourth heaven is alive with worship.
26 minutes, 50 seconds
While you slept last night, worship was happening. While you were distracted,
26 minutes, 54 seconds
while you were discouraged, while you were wondering whether God was still present and still paying attention, the fourth heaven was thundering with the
27 minutes, 2 seconds
sound of beings who have never stopped declaring his glory for even one moment.
27 minutes, 8 seconds
Psalm 19:1 says it directly, "The heavens declare the glory of God, and the sky above proclaims his handiwork."
27 minutes, 16 seconds
Enoch did not just read that psalm. He stood inside it. He heard it with his own ears. He felt it with his own body.
27 minutes, 24 seconds
Now, here is what makes this so personally powerful for you. Or if the God who governs the fourth heaven has never once experienced a moment of
27 minutes, 33 seconds
silence in his praise. If the celestial chorus has been running uninterrupted since before your great great
27 minutes, 40 seconds
grandmother's grandmother was born, then his glory is not dependent on your circumstances. His worthiness is not
27 minutes, 49 seconds
contingent on your season. Whether you are in the highest moment of your faith or the lowest valley you have ever walked through, the fourth heaven is
27 minutes, 56 seconds
still singing. And you are invited to join a sound that never stops. But [music] Enoch did not stay in the glory
28 minutes, 4 seconds
of the fourth heaven. He was taken higher into the fifth. And this is where the journey takes a turn that is impossible to prepare for emotionally.
28 minutes, 15 seconds
Because the fifth heaven is not a place of celestial music and radiant light. The fifth heaven is a place of silence.
28 minutes, 22 seconds
Heavy, griefladen, suffocating silence.
28 minutes, 26 seconds
And the reason for that silence will break something open in your chest if you let it. The fifth heaven is where
28 minutes, 33 seconds
the watchers are. Now you need to understand who the watchers were. These were angels of the highest order. Beings
28 minutes, 42 seconds
of enormous power. tremendous authority and breathtaking glory who were assigned to watch over the earth and intercede
28 minutes, 50 seconds
before God on behalf of humanity. They were guardians. They were intermediaries. They stood between
28 minutes, 58 seconds
heaven and earth as living bridges of divine care and attention. And then in an act of rebellion recorded in Genesis
29 minutes, 6 seconds
chapter 6 and elaborated in extraordinary detail throughout the book of Enoch, a great company of them chose
29 minutes, 13 seconds
to abandon their post. They chose to descend to the earth to corrupt the natural order to interbreed with
29 minutes, 20 seconds
humanity and unleash a wave of spiritual contamination so severe that it ultimately brought the flood of Noah
29 minutes, 27 seconds
upon the entire world. And now the watchers who remained, the ones who had not fallen, who had stayed faithful to
29 minutes, 35 seconds
their assignment, were standing in the fifth heaven in total silence, grieving,
29 minutes, 40 seconds
mourning. Their brothers were imprisoned in the darkness of the second heaven,
29 minutes, 45 seconds
and the weight of that loss, the magnitude of what had been broken, the sorrow of witnessing the corruption that the fallen ones had unleashed upon the
29 minutes, 54 seconds
earth. It had turned the fifth heaven into a realm of unending mourning. Enoch stood among them, and the silence was
30 minutes, 3 seconds
deafening. But here is what I need you to carry with you from the fifth heaven.
30 minutes, 8 seconds
The grief of the faithful watchers was not passive. It was not resignation. It was the grief of beings who understood
30 minutes, 16 seconds
more deeply than any human ever could the catastrophic cost of abandoning your assignment. The devastating consequences
30 minutes, 25 seconds
of walking away from the post God placed you in. The irreversible damage that one act of spiritual betrayal can unleash on
30 minutes, 34 seconds
generations that had nothing to do with the original choice. Your faithfulness matters more than you know. Your
30 minutes, 41 seconds
obedience carries more weight than you can currently measure. The decision to stay, to keep walking with God when
30 minutes, 48 seconds
everything in you wants to walk away is not a small thing. The fifth heaven declares that it never was. And yet, as
30 minutes, 57 seconds
heavy as the silence of the fifth heaven was, as thick as the grief that filled that place, Enoch was about to enter a
31 minutes, 4 seconds
realm that would make every heaven he had visited feel like it was simply preparing him for one single
31 minutes, 11 seconds
overwhelming, utterly undeniable encounter. The sixth heaven holds angels who know things, ancient things,
31 minutes, 20 seconds
personal things, things about you specifically that will make you question everything you thought was hidden and everything you assumed God had
31 minutes, 28 seconds
forgotten. What if there are beings in the spiritual realm who know your complete story? Every choice you have
31 minutes, 36 seconds
ever made, every prayer you have ever whispered, every moment of faith, and every moment of failure. And they have
31 minutes, 43 seconds
been recording all of it with absolute precision since the day you were born. Not surveillance, not condemnation.
31 minutes, 52 seconds
Something far more profound than either of those things. Because when Enoch entered the sixth heaven, what he
31 minutes, 59 seconds
encountered was not a realm of judgment or darkness or grief like the heavens below it. What he found there was
32 minutes, 6 seconds
something that should simultaneously humble you, awaken you, and fill you with the kind of holy reverence that
32 minutes, 13 seconds
most of us only brush up against in our deepest moments of prayer. So stay close
32 minutes, 20 seconds
because this one is personal. The sixth heaven, according to Enoch's account, is populated by angels of a completely
32 minutes, 29 seconds
different order than anything he had encountered before.
32 minutes, 33 seconds
These are not the weather angels of the first heaven faithfully governing the cosmic machinery of the atmosphere.
32 minutes, 40 seconds
These are not the imprisoned fallen ones of the second locked in darkness and despair. These are not the guardians of
32 minutes, 48 seconds
paradise or the grieving watchers standing in silence. The angels of the sixth heaven are scholars, scribes,
32 minutes, 57 seconds
watchers of a different kind, beings of extraordinary intelligence and ancient wisdom who are assigned to study, to
33 minutes, 4 seconds
record, and to govern the intricate details of human existence on this earth. Enoch describes them as angels
33 minutes, 12 seconds
who oversee the movements of the stars and the cycles of the moon, who govern the changing of seasons, who study and
33 minutes, 19 seconds
record natural phenomena across the entire created order. But then he goes further. He describes angels specifically assigned to human beings.
33 minutes, 30 seconds
Angels who record the deeds of every person who has ever lived. Not just the major decisions, not just the dramatic
33 minutes, 38 seconds
turning points. Everything, the full account, every act of kindness that no one else saw, every sacrifice made in
33 minutes, 47 seconds
secret, every prayer offered in the darkness of 3:00 in the morning when no one knew you were awake and crying out
33 minutes, 54 seconds
to God. It is all recorded, every word of it. And scripture does not treat this as mythology. Revelation 20:12 describes
34 minutes, 4 seconds
the final judgment in these terms. And the dead were judged according to what they had done as recorded in the books.
34 minutes, 12 seconds
The books, plural, [music] real records,
34 minutes, 15 seconds
real accounts maintained by real beings who have been faithfully executing their assignment across the full span of human
34 minutes, 23 seconds
history. Malachi 3:16 speaks of a scroll of remembrance being written before God for those who feared him and honored his name.
34 minutes, 35 seconds
Daniel 7 describes the court of heaven being seated with the books being opened. The sixth heaven is where those
34 minutes, 42 seconds
books are kept and the angels Enoch saw there have your name in them. Now, let me tell you why this should not frighten you, but why it absolutely should wake
34 minutes, 51 seconds
you up. There is a theology that has crept into modern Christianity that treats grace as a license for passivity.
34 minutes, 59 seconds
A belief subtle but dangerous that [music] because we are saved by faith and not by works. What we do with our
35 minutes, 6 seconds
days does not ultimately matter. But the sixth heaven dismantles that theology completely. [music]
35 minutes, 12 seconds
Not because your works earn your salvation. They do not and they never will. Salvation is the free gift of God through Jesus Christ. Period. Full stop.
35 minutes, 22 seconds
No asterisk. But the sixth heaven declares that a life redeemed by grace is a life that produces something. A life that leaves a record worth reading.
35 minutes, 33 seconds
A life that when the books are opened reflects the reality of a transformed heart rather than the hollow shell of a
35 minutes, 42 seconds
religious label. Ephesians 2:10 puts it plainly. We are God's handiwork, created
35 minutes, 48 seconds
in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.
35 minutes, 54 seconds
There are works God prepared specifically for you before you were born. Assignments written into your story before your first breath, and the
36 minutes, 3 seconds
angels of the sixth heaven are watching to see whether you walk into them. But here is the part that brings me to my knees when I sit with it long enough.
36 minutes, 11 seconds
Among the angels Enoch encountered in the sixth heaven, he described beings who intercede. Angels who carry the
36 minutes, 19 seconds
prayers of human beings before the throne of God. Angels who in ways that surpass human understanding are involved
36 minutes, 27 seconds
in the spiritual dialogue between the creator and his creation. Revelation 8:3
36 minutes, 35 seconds
confirms this. An angel with a golden sensor stood at the altar before the throne, and he was given much incense to
36 minutes, 43 seconds
offer with the prayers of all God's people. Your prayers are not disappearing into empty air. They are being carried. They are being presented.
36 minutes, 52 seconds
They are ascending through the very heavens that Enoch walked through,
36 minutes, 55 seconds
handled by beings of ancient and devoted purpose, arriving before a God who hears every single word. Not one prayer has
37 minutes, 4 seconds
been lost. Not one cry has gone unregistered. Not one moment of desperate, faithfilled reaching toward heaven has fallen short of its
37 minutes, 12 seconds
destination. The sixth heaven is God's way of saying, "I see you. I have always seen you. Your name is not unknown in
37 minutes, 21 seconds
the courts of heaven. It's been spoken there more times than you could count.
37 minutes, 25 seconds
And if that truth is almost too much to hold, if the weight of being that fully known, that completely seen, feels like
37 minutes, 33 seconds
it could break you open right now, then I need you to prepare yourself. Because what waits in the seventh heaven is beyond anything the sixth could contain,
37 minutes, 43 seconds
beyond anything the human mind was designed to encounter on its own. It is the place even the highest angels
37 minutes, 50 seconds
approach with covered faces. the place where Enoch himself stopped and could not take another step forward without divine intervention.
38 minutes
The throne of God is in the seventh heaven and we are almost there. We have come a long way together. We have walked
38 minutes, 8 seconds
through the cosmic waters of the first heaven where angels govern the wind and the rain and the turning of seasons with
38 minutes, 16 seconds
perfect unbroken obedience. We stood in the darkness of the second heaven where fallen angels are imprisoned in chains,
38 minutes, 24 seconds
conscious and grieving, waiting for a judgment they cannot escape.
38 minutes, 29 seconds
We crossed the threshold of the third heaven and found paradise and torment existing side by side, separated only by
38 minutes, 37 seconds
the choices made in a single lifetime on earth. We were overwhelmed by the celestial worship of the fourth heaven
38 minutes, 44 seconds
where the sun and moon make their journey escorted by angels who have never stopped singing. We felt the
38 minutes, 51 seconds
crushing silence of the fifth heaven where faithful watchers mourn the brothers they lost to rebellion. And we
38 minutes, 59 seconds
stood in the sixth heaven where angels of ancient wisdom record every deed,
39 minutes, 4 seconds
carry every prayer, and speak your name in the courts of heaven as though it has always belonged there. Six heavens, six
39 minutes, 13 seconds
extraordinary realms of spiritual reality that most believers will never hear about from a pulpit. But we are not done because everything, every heaven,
39 minutes, 24 seconds
every revelation, every layer of cosmic architecture that Enoch walked through was pointing toward one place, one
39 minutes, 31 seconds
[music] destination. One encounter so overwhelming, so beyond the capacity of human language, that even Enoch, the man
39 minutes, 39 seconds
who had walked faithfully with God for 300 years on earth, stopped at the threshold of the seventh heaven and
39 minutes, 47 seconds
could not move forward on his own. This is the heaven that changes everything.
39 minutes, 52 seconds
So take a breath, open your heart, and let's go in together one final time.
39 minutes, 58 seconds
When Enoch reached the boundary of the seventh heaven, something shifted in the atmosphere around him that was categorically different from every transition he had experienced before.
40 minutes, 10 seconds
The first six heavens had been extraordinary, but they had been navigable. He had been able to look, to
40 minutes, 17 seconds
walk, to observe, to process what he was seeing. The seventh heaven was something else entirely. Enoch describes a light
40 minutes, 25 seconds
so intense, so alive, so fundamentally unlike any light in the created order that it was not simply something you saw
40 minutes, 33 seconds
with your eyes. It was something that passed through you, something that exposed every corner of your being simultaneously,
40 minutes, 41 seconds
not to condemn, but to reveal, to illuminate, to make absolutely plain the difference between what is created and what is eternal. And in that light,
40 minutes, 52 seconds
Enoch saw the angels of the seventh heaven, and they were unlike anything he had encountered in the [music] realms below. The book of Enoch describes them as the highest order of created beings.
41 minutes, 4 seconds
The archangels, the cherubim, the seraraphim, the offonym, beings of such extraordinary glory and devotion that
41 minutes, 12 seconds
their entire existence is consumed by one singular unending act of worship before the throne of God.
41 minutes, 20 seconds
Isaiah saw them too. In chapter [music]
41 minutes, 22 seconds
6 of his book, he describes the seraraphim with six wings. Two covering their faces, two covering their feet,
41 minutes, 30 seconds
two used for flying, crying out to one another in a voice that shook the doorposts of the temple, "Holy, holy,
41 minutes, 38 seconds
holy is the Lord Almighty. The whole earth is full of his glory." That cry has never stopped. It has been sounding
41 minutes, 46 seconds
in the seventh heaven since before the first human being drew their first breath on this earth. And it will be
41 minutes, 53 seconds
sounding long after the last chapter of human history has been written and closed. But here is the moment that I
42 minutes, 1 second
need you to truly sit inside because this is the moment that Enoch's entire journey was building toward.
42 minutes, 10 seconds
After the angels escorted him through the threshold, after his eyes adjusted to a light that made every previous light look like a shadow, Enoch saw the
42 minutes, 19 seconds
throne. And seated on the throne, not as an abstract theological concept, not as a distant cosmic force, not as an
42 minutes, 27 seconds
impersonal governing principle of the universe, was the living God, the ancient of days, the one who always was
42 minutes, 36 seconds
and always is and always will be. the one whose name is above every name that has ever been spoken in any language across the full span of human history.
42 minutes, 47 seconds
Daniel 7:9 describes this moment.
42 minutes, 50 seconds
Thrones were set in place and the ancient of days took his seat. His clothing was as white as snow. The hair
42 minutes, 58 seconds
of his head was white like wool. His throne was flaming with fire, and its wheels were all ablaze. A river of fire was flowing coming out from before him.
43 minutes, 9 seconds
Thousands upon thousands attended him. 10,000 times 10,000 stood before him. Enoch stood in that place. That man,
43 minutes, 18 seconds
that human being made of dust and breath and the same fragile biology that you carry right now. He stood in the
43 minutes, 25 seconds
presence of the living God and was not consumed. Not because he was perfect,
43 minutes, 30 seconds
not because he had earned it, but because God in his sovereign grace had chosen to bring him there. Had chosen to
43 minutes, 38 seconds
show him these things. Had chosen through this man's testimony to leave a record for every generation that would
43 minutes, 45 seconds
come after. A record that says, "The God you serve is not small. The God you serve is not manageable. The God you
43 minutes, 53 seconds
serve is not a theological idea you can contain in a Sunday morning sermon or a 30-cond prayer before dinner. He is the
44 minutes, 1 second
ancient of days. He is the one on the throne. And every heaven, all seven of them, from the cosmic waters of the
44 minutes, 8 seconds
first to the blazing glory of the seventh, exists to declare one single
44 minutes, 15 seconds
unshakable eternal truth. He is Lord. He was Lord before you were born. He will
44 minutes, 22 seconds
be Lord long after this world has passed away. And there is no corner of the created order. Not in the earth beneath
44 minutes, 30 seconds
your feet, not in the sky above your head, not in any of the seven heavens that stretch from here to the throne,
44 minutes, 37 seconds
where his sovereignty does not reach, where his knowledge does not extend,
44 minutes, 42 seconds
where his love does not pursue. And now I need to bring this home because this is not just ancient history. This is not
44 minutes, 50 seconds
just a fascinating theological exploration of a forgotten book.
44 minutes, 54 seconds
Everything Enoch saw across those seven heavens is speaking directly into the moment you are living in right now. We
45 minutes, 3 seconds
live in a world that is doing everything in its power to make you doubt, to make you question whether God is real,
45 minutes, 11 seconds
whether scripture is reliable, whether faith is anything more than a psychological comfort for people who cannot face the hard edges of reality.
45 minutes, 20 seconds
The culture is loud. The confusion is overwhelming.
45 minutes, 25 seconds
The voices competing for your attention and your belief are multiplying faster than any of us can track. And in the
45 minutes, 32 seconds
middle of all of that noise, the seven heavens of Enoch stand like an immovable mountain and declare, "The throne is
45 minutes, 40 seconds
still occupied. The ancient of days has not stepped down. The seraraphim have not stopped singing. The angels of the
45 minutes, 47 seconds
sixth heaven are still recording. The prisoners of the second heaven are still waiting for a judgment that is still coming. Paradise in the third heaven is still receiving the righteous dead.
45 minutes, 59 seconds
[music] The cosmic order of the first heaven is still operating with perfect unbroken precision. Nothing has changed
46 minutes, 7 seconds
in the heavenly realm because of what is happening [music] in the earthly one.
46 minutes, 11 seconds
God is not reactive. He is not scrambling. He is not revising his plan because of the headlines you read this
46 minutes, 18 seconds
morning. This is why the word of God must remain your anchor. Not tradition,
46 minutes, 25 seconds
not culture, not the shifting opinions of theologians or the trending theologies of social media, the word,
46 minutes, 33 seconds
the living, breathing eternal word of God that has outlasted every empire,
46 minutes, 38 seconds
every persecution, every intellectual assault, every cultural revolution that has ever attempted to silence it. Jesus said in Matthew 24:35,
46 minutes, 49 seconds
"Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away. Stand on that. Hold on to that. Build your life
46 minutes, 58 seconds
on that. Because when everything around you is shaking, and it will [music]
47 minutes, 3 seconds
shake, the only foundation that does not move is the word of the one who sits on the throne in the seventh heaven."
47 minutes, 12 seconds
Enoch walked through all seven heavens and came back with one message at the core of everything he [music] saw. God
47 minutes, 19 seconds
is real. His judgment is real. His paradise is real. His throne is real.
47 minutes, 25 seconds
And every single human being alive on this earth is living one heartbeat away from stepping into the eternal reality
47 minutes, 33 seconds
that Enoch walked through as a living man.
47 minutes, 38 seconds
Do not waste the life you have been given.
47 minutes, 41 seconds
Do not treat grace like a safety net you fall into at the last possible moment. Do not leave your assignment unfinished,
47 minutes, 49 seconds
your prayers unsaid, your faith untested and untried. [music]
47 minutes, 53 seconds
The angels of the sixth heaven are watching. The throne of the seventh heaven is occupied. And the God who took Enoch, the God who walked with him for
48 minutes, 3 seconds
300 years before removing him from this earth entirely, is the same God who is walking with you right now in this
48 minutes, 11 seconds
moment in whatever room you are sitting in as you hear these words. He knows your name. He has always known your name. And he is inviting you right now,
48 minutes, 24 seconds
today, to walk with him the way Enoch did, faithfully, consistently,
48 minutes, 31 seconds
unashamed. And now, before we close, I have two things I need to say directly to you. The first is this. If this
48 minutes, 39 seconds
message moved something in you today, if something across these seven heavens stirred a hunger in your spirit that you
48 minutes, 46 seconds
have not felt in a long time, do not let that feeling pass without acting on it.
48 minutes, 52 seconds
Leave a comment below. Tell us which heaven [music] impacted you the most.
48 minutes, 56 seconds
Hit that like button so this revelation can reach someone else who is searching for exactly what you just heard. and
49 minutes, 3 seconds
subscribe to this channel so that every time we go deep into the word together,
49 minutes, 9 seconds
you are right there with us. Your engagement [music] is not just a number on a screen. Every comment, every like,
49 minutes, 16 seconds
every subscription is this [music]
49 minutes, 18 seconds
message reaching one more person who needs to know that the God of the seven heavens is real and that his word
49 minutes, 25 seconds
[music] has never stopped speaking. And the second thing, the most important thing, if you have walked through all
49 minutes, 32 seconds
seven of these heavens today and something inside you knows not just intellectually but in the deepest part
49 minutes, 40 seconds
of who you are that you need to be right with the God who sits on that throne.
49 minutes, 46 seconds
Then I want to give you the opportunity to make that decision right now. Not tomorrow. Not when life settles down.
49 minutes, 54 seconds
Now because the third heaven has two sides and the chasm between them is fixed at the moment of death and none of
50 minutes, 2 seconds
us knows how many heartbeats we have left. Jesus Christ came to this earth lived the life you and I could not live.
50 minutes, 11 seconds
died the death that our rebellion deserved and rose from the grave on the third day as the final unshakable proof
50 minutes, 19 seconds
that the God of the seventh heaven has made a way for every human being to come home. Not based on how good you are. Not
50 minutes, 28 seconds
based on how long you have been in church based entirely on his grace and your faith. If you want to receive that grace today, if you want to step from
50 minutes, 36 seconds
one side of eternity to the other while you still have the breath to do it, then I want you to do something right now.
50 minutes, 44 seconds
Type it in the comments. Declare it out loud in your own voice. Write these words and mean them with everything you
50 minutes, 50 seconds
have. I accept Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior of my life. If you just type that, if you just said that, heaven
50 minutes, 58 seconds
heard it. The angels of the sixth heaven recorded it. And the God on the throne of the seventh heaven, the ancient of
51 minutes, 6 seconds
days, the one who took Enoch and who has never stopped pursuing you. He received it. Welcome home.
